Barbara Schenker

Barbara Schenker is an accomplished business executive with more than 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, building collaborative partnerships, and driving operational excellence within the franchise and restaurant industries. As Vice President of Strategy & Logistics for Sinelli Concepts, she oversees complex development, construction, logistics, and business strategy initiatives that support the company's continued growth and success across both traditional and non-traditional markets.

Throughout her career, Barbara has led more than 350 restaurant development projects and managed large-scale initiatives affecting hundreds of franchise locations nationwide. She is recognized for creating scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships among franchisees, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Her ability to bring people together, solve complex challenges, and translate vision into action has made her a trusted leader throughout her career. Outside of her professional career, Barbara's most important role is being a mother to her two sons, including her oldest son, who is autistic. Her family's journey has given her a deeply personal understanding of both the challenges and the incredible potential of children on the autism spectrum. After witnessing the life-changing impact that early intervention and specialized care had on her son and their family, Barbara became passionate about expanding access to these resources for other families.

Barbara joined the Advisory Board because she believes wholeheartedly in the vision of the organization's physicians and leaders to make proven, life-changing therapies more accessible to children with autism in the San Antonio community. She is honored to support an organization that is creating opportunities for more children and families to experience the same hope, growth, and transformation that has profoundly impacted her own family.
