Our Services
We provide individualized, evidence-informed autism services in a compassionate environment where children and families are empowered to grow, thrive, and achieve lifelong success. Our unique model brings behavioral, medical, psychological, educational and family support together to create coordinated care tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs and goals.
Our services currently focus on children through age 18, with plans to expand to older individuals. Services include ABA therapy, social skills training, feeding therapy, and support for severe behavior management. Through our partnership with UT San Antonio, TAC connects research and clinical practice to advance innovative approaches to autism care.
-
Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) is a comprehensive, individualized treatment model for young children ages 0–8 averaging 30 to 40 hours of treatment a week. EIBI addresses development across multiple areas, including communication, learning, play, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills. Treatment is intensive and guided by each child’s strengths and needs.
-
Our Social Skills Program helps children build the skills needed to interact, communicate, and participate successfully with others. Through individualized instruction and supported practice with peers, children work on skills such as conversation, cooperative play, perspective taking, problem solving, and navigating everyday social situations.
-
Care is tailored to each child’s strengths, needs, preferences, and goals—not a one-size-fits-all model.
-
We connect providers, services, and families so caregivers do not have to coordinate a fragmented system on their own.
-
Our care is grounded in autism-specific expertise, the best available evidence, clinical data, education, and ongoing innovation.
Our Approach
We believe every child deserves care that is Individualized, Integrated, and Informed.
TAC’s Individualized, Integrated, and Informed approach grew from more than a decade of clinical, research, and community experience in San Antonio by founders Dr. Leslie Neely (UT San Antonio) and Dr. Melissa Svoboda (CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital).
Through their work, they repeatedly observed families struggle to coordinate fragmented services across medical, behavioral, therapeutic, and educational providers. TAC was created to address this gap by connecting existing resources and developing services where needs remain.
By partnering closely with families and community organizations, TAC helps children navigate each stage of learning and development while creating a community where families feel understood, supported, and empowered.
